Inkscape Splash 1.1 Born Freely

In a style inspired by Art Nouveau poster artist Alphonse Mucha. I have been studying Aaron Blaise's tutorials on how to draw big cats, and used a number of reference photos to make sure I had some of the head's coloring and proportions correct, but it's not directly from any one photo, really.
"Born Freely" is a play on the title "Born Free," the true life story of a couple who pioneered the idea of returning a lion raised in captivity to the wild.
Additional text is Linux Liberatore Display. I wanted to keep the text in keeping with the other branding to give your eyes a neutral feeling so that the drawing would stand out on its own.

Thank you for your second entry...

I'm a big fan of Aaron Blaise, great to see you emulating his tutorials using Inkscape, instead of a raster program!

Blaise is a pretty great teacher, yep. And I'm finding more and more that principles used in raster or painting or sketching by hand can be valuable no matter the medium.
