Open your SVG, change the View to Outline (View > Display mode > Outline)

Now press number 4 on keybord.

You will see the problem.

I was working with a build of version 1.0 of October 20th.
Now I finalized the file in stable version.

The "Camada 1" Layer is not selectable.
Looking at the XML info, I think you have added it to a locked "Root" layer?
