You have some rogue Paths making the area of the image very large.
Open your SVG, change the View to Outline (View > Display mode > Outline)
Now press number 4 on keybord.
You will see the problem.
Please fix and re-upload.

Thanks.I was working with a build of version 1.0 of October 20th.Now I finalized the file in stable version.

The "Camada 1" Layer is not selectable.Looking at the XML info, I think you have added it to a locked "Root" layer?
