In the first sentence, at the end it sounds as if an 'of ...' were missing.
Is 2:2 and 2:4, 'Designers' a shorthand for 'members of the UI team'?
It would be nice to have a reference to this: "Arbitration will follow the same process as other Inkscape teams." so newcomers will understand better what it exactly means (like me).
