"Subsurface Scattering wax lighting effect" What is that? I didn't see in either Filters menu or Extensions. But maybe I just overlooked it. Does it have any other name? Or maybe needs to be installed separately?

No, no... It is not a filter or extension. I made it manually... Subsurface Scattering is the effect of traslucent material. It appears in the ears of a person when has a light behind... in the top part of the wax if there is a flame...

My idea was not only to show tools of Inkscape (perspective, gradients, blur...). I wanted to show the powerful of this software artist concept.
