Hey Martin, Just saw your message now via the mailing list. I'm happy that this is being looked at! Does this mean that Division of multiple paths is enabled in the Inkscape Dev version?
To be honest, I think this would allow for much greater efficiency in vector illustration and graphic design. I've migrated from Illustrator to Inkscape, and the lack of multiple path operations really slows down workflow.
