Hi - thank you for your contest entry!

There are a few things that would need to be fixed before your drawing can take part in the contest:

* Please make sure to use an unaltered version of the template
* Please fill in your author information in the metadata
* Please use the 'clean up document' functionality before saving

Hello Maren, I think I have updated the document with the proper changes. As far as "unaltered" I put all the groups, paths and shapes into the "About Screen Graphics" area and didn't modify the logo / branding at all, as well as clicked clean up document before saving/uploading. Please let me know if this is sufficient, thank you!

Thank you for making those changes. I notice that, while you have correctly licenced the document in the licence tab, in your meta data you have claimed copyright "(C)2023 Disruptor's Games".

All artwork must be free of copyright in order to be included in Inkscape. Please can you remove this claim so we can validate your entry.

Hi Disruptor, please compare your branding layer with other entries, see for example here: https://inkscape.org/gallery/=about-screen-contest/contest-for-13/

You will see that yours has a very different size, and the preview image still shows the old version without the Inkscape logo (you can just delete the 'rendering', then it should update).

I also did a quick check to see if I could notice any anomalies with the branding but it looks to be the same size as the template which makes sense since I didn't modify it at all. Here is what it looks like for me,

Please let me know if this is the wrong template and or how to modify to be similar to other entries; also for whatever reason I'm not sure why the preview isn't updating and am unsure what you mean by delete the 'rendering', is that in Inkscape itself? Sorry about the complications.

I've deleted the 'rendering' and 'thumbnail' images for you now. Apparently, the thumbnail does not regenerate automatically in all cases, so you had no way to fix the issue of the wrong image in the gallery (from an old version that did not use the correct template)
