First, I got an idea of a narrowing cylinder. It didn't look good when its wider end was on top. Then I did it again by flipping the thing vertically and almost instantly I realized what it resembled: Devils Tower which became famous from the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind". So next I added another cylinder, an UFO, some trees et cetera. And by the way... vector graphics arcade games were a huge thing in the 80's. :)
