Didn't watch the whole thing (partly because narroator is talking so fast - just don't have the patience right now). Early on, narrator says it can be downloaded on "Windows" something "max". I don't know what that is. But probably would be nice if they would refer users to inkscape.org for download.
More importantly the claim in the first few seconds that Inkscape "does all the same things" as Adobe Illustrator only feeds to the complaints we have to answer in forums, about Inkscape not being the same.
