Introducing....(Still working on a name)!
This design was inspired by kid flash and supernova. Abilities include but are no limited to: super speed, phasing, incredible reflexes, and etc.. This is my main character for a game I'm creating, but this is the concept.
P.S: Any help naming this character and backstory is appreciated :D
