Thanks so much for your re-submissions. You still seem to be using a font with an incompatible license 'Komika Axis', so please refer to both the rules & the pre-submission check here: https://inkscape.org/community/about-screen-contests/
I checked out your website and your "App Graph" art is interesting and quite unique! I'm going to recommend that you submit an artwork in your style *without* the text elements (i.e. like all of the examples in your PDF book on your website). They're very interesting and don't have any text - which will solve both the font issue and be more suitable for this contest as they will avoid promoting things other than Inkscape (e.g. external websites) which is not allowed.
In general the contest should avoid promoting things other than Inkscape (e.g. self promotion). Artists can sign their works with their names (not social media handles or websites) in a subtle, non-eye-catching way that draws attention from the primary artwork. You can place "App Graph" as a style description into the description of the graphic via metadata instead of prominently in the artwork itself.
I have removed the text completely. I thought I should enter the text in order to describe the style. I have changed the image to the dynamic offset style only. And took out all the additional text. So all that remain is the drawing itself.
I've re-modified the image have removed the app graph slogan from the centre of the drawing to fit the contest rules, the drawing slogan Text is also removed from the Centre drawing .

Hey Kyle thanks. I've replaced the Font to Google font ."Archivo Black" . In order to solve the compatibility licensing issue.

Hopefully that makes sense!
