Graham Forster has been a model train enthusiast since childhood. He loved building and taking things apart—whether it was linking thousands of Legos into a train set or dismantling his bicycle in the garage. His fascination with how vehicles function led him to design his first model train at 13.
As a teenager, he followed train show schedules, often traveling long distances just to attend. For Graham, the journey was just as exciting as the destination. When he moved to New York City for college, he took weekly train rides home to visit family. Those trips not only deepened his love for trains but also shaped his future career. He spent his travel time sketching intricate model train designs, inspired by the mechanics around him.
After the passing of his wife, Graham Forster retired to focus on his family and his lifelong passion for model trains. Whether traveling to shows, building models, or bringing locomotives to life in digital form, he now shares his knowledge and creations with the world.
