You have 4 changes to make;
1. You need to add the text "inkscape.org"
2. The white background does not fill the template size.
3. The yellow shape does not reach the top of the template.
4. The blue shape does not reach the left side of the template.

If your signature is made from a font, you will need to include the open source licence. If it is a trace of your signature, please mention that in the section below your image.
