My thoughts on this artwork: I thought the mountain was a perfect representation of the Inkscape logo. It is winter time here in Massachusetts and I was really inspired to create a winter wonderland which reminds me of peace, happiness and fun!

You have 3 changes to make;
1. Remove the embedded bitmap image from your SVG.
2. Provide a link to the original image and a link to the free use licence.
"Any third-party materials you use must be properly attributed and their author must have allowed its use under the required license (CC-By-SA)."
3. Remove the photographers name from the entry.
This can be added in the "contributors" section of the SVG metadata. (Document properties > metadata > contributors.)
