Compared to the last beta release, this release fixes a crash on startup experienced by Windows users, and includes some new backports and fixes:
- Translations for Simplified Chinese, Croatian, Hungarian, Slovenian and Italian are updated.
- The Windows native file dialog is restored.
- Opening PDFs no longer freezes in Windows with CJK languages.
- Restored ability to run extensions on Windows.
- Some margins and button sizes are fixed to match the previous version.
- The marker rendering order is fixed.
- Typing full-width characters into spinbuttons no longer crash Inkscape.
There are also other build fixes and string additions in this beta release. Thanks to everyone who helped with reporting bugs. Keep the feedback coming!
