My humble tribute to Inkscape project. Designed here as a Google Chrome web store product/icon.
Font was converted to Path to don't have distortions on operating systems without the original current font. ;-)

Nice idea :) What could the store be for, in your view? Inkscape itself? Extensions and other customization stuff, maybe? Or the T-Shirts etc?
Ideally it could be mainly for extensions from inside of the inkscape program. Just like when you are using extensions in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox we could offer extensions to be downloaded to increment inkscape functionality (dear lord, apologies for taking almost 3 years to reply this!). It looks great, but I would try to do this using Fluent Design... It seems to fit more Inkscape than Material Design (Google).
What do you mean by that? Could you please kindly elaborate? ;-)
Oh by this do you mean guidelines from Microsoft? https://www.microsoft.com/design/fluent/#/
Why not try to follow the guidelines from Gnome Human Interface Guidelines then? https://developer.gnome.org/hig/stable/ :)
