The Bug Accelerator Program for 1.4 continues.

• Fix a number of User Interface bugs for right-to-left text.
• Reduce the text "pick-box" size to make it easier to select items behind text.
• Fix crash in the Layers and Objects dialog when trying to drop a layer onto itself.
• Import previewed page when using Cairo to import PDF.
• Fix a slowdown when editing nodes when the Object Properties dialog is open.
• Fix a crash when importing an SVG with symbols or markers.
• Located cause of Measure tool snapping bug, fixed by PBS.
• Fix a crash when an LPE is applied to an SVG polygon element (not yet committed).
