Generate translation file (PO) from INX

This script generates a PO file from a INX file. It also allows you to modify the file structure visually to mark new translatable elements.

Go to https://www.arakne.es/en/inx-translator/ and drag your INX file for generate a .PO file ready for be translated to any language
