I am a mother of 3 incredible girls, and my eldest daughter just blessed me with my VERY first Granddaughter! I am married to my best friend, we've been together since July 15, 2009, but we tied the know on January 03, 2020. Crafting is my passion but, my very first love was writing. From the time I was able to read I had an undeniable passion for creating a place, for both myself and others like me , who didn't have the best childhood. So by creating stories I was able to escape my reality, and hopefully I was able to to the same for others in my situation. However, a terrible case of writer's block kept my dreams from coming true.
That's when I decided I would try my hand at a plethora of other crafts; I.E. Calligraphy, Scrapbooking, Woodworking, making hairbows, sewing, and the list goes on and on. It wasn't until I purchased my first Silhouette Cameo 4, and Cricut Joy, that I'd FINALLY found a craft that that wasn't just ONE craft, but a whole bunch wrapped into one. When I first started crafting with my cutting machines I would acquire my SVGs through 3rd party sites. And although a lot of them were free of charge the ones that I wanted were costly. So I decided to reach out to a friend of mine (who just so happens to be knowledgeable in creating SVGS from start to finish) and she was kind enough to put me in contact with HER teacher ( the one who she accredits her success to).
And at that point I signed up for her class and I started creating my VERY OWN ORIGINAL SVGS! The class I took was so informative that I actually took it TWICE, once as an Inkscape student, and the 2nd time I splurged and purchased ADOBE Illustrator. Both Vector programs taught me this Is EXACTLY WHAT I WANT to do with my life
