How to use..

Extract zip file, Copy minimal icon folder

Open Inkscape

Find you Inkscape user icon folder at Edit > Preferences > System > User icons:
or
Edit > Preferences > Interface > Theme > User icons

open User icons folder

Then, Past the Minimal Icon folder here

Restart inkscape

Change icon pack :Edit > Preferences > Interface > Theme > User icons

for best experiance change icon size,
Toolbox icon size : Small
Control bar size : Small
Secondary toolbar : Smaller

Restart inkscape again

Enjoy new icons...
