Beginners' Questions Translation issues

So I've installed Inkscape on my Windows laptop not too long ago, and wanted to try and translate the Vietnamese language, I followed the steps and put my updated po file in the LC_MESSAGES folder, but it doesn't seem to update anything, and some words that were previously translated changed back to English, so maybe it's outdated?

I find the translation process here kinda complicated so I'm most likely missing something, but I can't quite pin it down, there's something about the inkscape.pot file but I don't really understand that, so any kind of help would be really appreciated!

The built-in Vietnamese version won`t work?

It does work, but I'd say that the built-in po file is different from what I've downloaded on the website

For instance, with the built-in version you can see angle x, y and z translated

The pic below is with the po file downloaded from the website, with no changes made. After that, I removed the colon to get rid of the warning sign, tried saving the file then compiling it to mo, but the Angle Y remains untranslated

While I see the "error" I don´t know which version of Inkscape and which tool is active in your screenshots:

So about the version I have 1.4 installed (I chose the msi option and 64-bit) but the instruction on the wiki says "This will not work with the snap, .dmg, AppImage or flatpak version of Inkscape, but only with a version that has been properly installed on your system and with extracted binary archives (zip files for Windows) or self-compiled versions." and I'm not sure how to check whether I have the binary archives or self-compiled version. As for the tool, if you mean in Inkscape then it would be the 3D Box tool.
