Im running 1.1 (cause my iMac is slow as!!!) I've been scanning a bunch of images into inscape and tracing bitmaps on all of them with no issue and now one has come up with the error comment "Trace: Image has no bitmap data" Im only using the brightness cutoff and i've been using the same setting throughout. What am I missing?

What does Status Bar tell about the image when it is selected?

Ok - this is an extremly large bitmap. What kind of file format/bit-depth is it? Not saying thatβs causing the issue.
You may be right, I dropped the image size 5-10% and that seamed to be enough for it to work.
