My on screen printing preview image location looks perfect, but the printed on paper image is higher off center. I checked the printing settings several times and couldn't find any problem. Maybe it is there and IΒ don't understand.
Inkscape Document Properties and Print Settings are both A4 paper.
I just created a new file using my standard template and the printed location was exactly the same as the on screen printing preview image location.

As noted before, the most reliable way to get prints from Inkscape is to save a copy as PDF and print from Adobe or other pdf reader.
OK, I finally got it and succeeded in doing so!!!!
I saved all the steps in a text file to do it just in case I forget anything.
