i'm new in this forum. I use Inkscape 092.4 and i have a difficult to open .dxf files because when i try import or open, compare this message error on display.Do you know how resolve this problem?

SO Win 10 Pro, Inkscape 092.4, cad sw Noanocad, R13 dxf format file!
Use a CAD program like QCad to convert to R13. https://qcad.org/en/
Feel free to share an example file.
