Not sure if this is supposed to work this way. (https://wiki.x-hain.de/en/Maschinen/Maschinenraum/Plotter) You can make your designs in Inkscape to generate SVGs but the plotter come with its own software "Inkcut" from what I read.

If you take MS the OS have shown the machine under the Printer device after connecting as COM-Device.

This you have to write in Inkscape.
