There are a few issues that we would like to see fixed before the drawing can take part in the contest:
* Please indicate which fonts were used for 'Inkscape' and '20' * Please add an editable version of the same text in the same positions and hide it * Please adjust the description - the drawing as a whole cannot be Public Domain, because it contains Inkscape's branding elements that are licensed as CC-By-SA. You could upload a copy without the branding and a different license in the gallery at https://inkscape.org/gallery/upload/, if you like to (outside the contest, in the Artwork category).
Trademark law and copyright monopoly law is different. CC BY SA is for copyright law, no trademark law. Also copyright law often conflict with trademark law. Example public domain picture (old advertizement) have logo company still use today.
Yes, they are different. However, our logo is both trademarked and licensed as CC-By-SA. Please remove the Public Domain indication from the description.
Hi TNHH Tinh Phụng, we've decided as a team to let your entry participate in the contest, as the file itself and the website both use the correct license. Good luck!
