I am having a problem with the Bezier pen tool. I generally draw by creating straight lines then convert them to curved lines via the node tool >> make selected segment(s) curves. That stopped working. I blocked out the latest shape in my drawling and highlighted the nodes to convert them to curves but did not get the handles accolated with Bezier curves. I can highlight a point and change the type of node it is using the key commands and icon buttons but are still unable to see and thus adjust the handles. I tried several times but to no success. I hade done it several times in that document before. I also tried it in a new document. it also did not work. closing and reopping the document several times doesn't work. I have even restarted the computer and it still did not. I have not changed any setting that I know of. any advice or settings I need to double check?
I am running Inscape 1.0 and hade it installed on this computer for years. The drawling was started in inscape, as was the shape I was drawling when the tool stopped working. I am running windows 10.
