Has anyone else experienced difficulty running Inkscape 1.0.0 on Mojave (MacOS 10.14.6)?
I can't get it to work. At most, a few windows appear, not fully drawn, and an OS error message about not being to open windows from the previous session. Then it crashes and disappears.
Just as often, it doesn't get even that far before disappearing.
The 1.0.beta still runs, but only partly: it opens extra tool preference windows and has problems erasing context-click menus, and the calligraphy pen seems not to have been fully implemented yet.
I've tried clearing out all Inkscape-related stuff in ~/Library and /Library, re-downloading and re-installing.

Solution found: delete ~/Library/Application Support/org.inkscape.Inkscape
