    I want to know what the utility is of this kind of selection. I guees I was working normally but suddenly it appears.

    If someone can tell me how to deactivate it.

    It´s a new "Align" property showing up as a 3. option (move/scale:rotate:Align) when enabled at the "Align and Distribute" panel (first icon upper left)
