Hello my friends. I want to know how to set up my Inkscape, so I can always get the same configuration and not having to set it up every time I start or continue a drawingl. For example, the line color which should be in my case RGB 255 red for laser cutting, every time I start or continue a task I have to reset it with the corresponding waste of time. Also, I have to change Px to mm every time I want to measure a drawing or line. Other software, keep these configurations after the initial configuring before I start to use the software and they stay without and change when opening a new or old task.unless I change them again Thank you very much
Editing the default document will solve some of your issue - or you can set up a template document.
You can also setup the default styles of each tool in preferences instead of using last style used. I find using last style used quite annoying because its not just the last style used in session, it could have been a style you used 3 weeks ago and forgot.
The more experienced users here will explain the process better than I can.
Thank you very much but it seems to me setting up Inkscape for a task is not easy at all and it is only available to experienced users. Couldn't this actions be simplified so that "Joe Average" cab easily set up a working page?
Set up a blank document as you want it. Then save it as a template file. The when you are ready to design, select New From Template. That solves half of your problem.
Each tool's style can be set in Edit>Preferences>Tool. That solves the other half of your problem.

Inkscape saves the last used state of tools and dialogs.
I regularly set up a few machines identically when I teach Inkscape at a makerspace. I have done the following:
Whenever I want to start from that saved setup, I copy those desktop files back to the user config directory and then open Inkscape.
