I just wanted to know if there was any apps I could use to make my artwork. I'm new to inkspace ad I didn't know what to do.
Your initial question is about other apps. So what now? In the main menu->Help you can find Tutorial files for example.
If you need help with Inkscape, please ask a question here. If you need other creative apps, start with a web search. There are many, many options out there.
