I have set one of the buttons on my Wacom pen to right click via the Wacom configuration app. However, when I press the button in inkscape, it zooms in slightly instead of opening the right click menu. And if I right click and drag using the pen, it pans in inkscape. How can I fix this? Is this a bug?

I think you might be able to set those functions in the Wacom app, rather than in Inkscape, perhaps? I saw some settings there earlier today but haven't tried it myself. I still haven't got pressure-sensitivity working yet, and the tablet doesn't show up on my Input Devices dialog.

@laminate I have set right click to the button via the Wacom app, but Inkscape still does something different.

I seem to have the same problem, with my One by Wacom.

It seems that Inkscape sees the upper button of my pen as a middle button, no matter what the settings by wacom are. Is there a way to circumvent this?

I am also having this issue works fine outside inkscape in side the pen will only zoom in with the right click button

Can confirm this issue with my Wacom Intuos Pro S. Very frustrating.

TL;DR (for above), it may be an upstream issue uncontrolled by Inkscape, but people are looking into Wacom issues.
