I have to confirm the order of paths, so I want to navigate by up or down keyboard into 'layers and objects'
Ver1.4 cannot, but Ver1.32 can do.
I cannot operate, when type up or down arrow, Inkscape does not move cursor of path on Ver1.4.

I suggest uninstalling 1.4 and using 1.3.2.Β

I never noticed this before. Most likely because I didn't know those keys would work. I always used TAB and Shift TAB to transverse the Z-order of the groups/objects.Β
