Hi, I run into the "Inkscape encountered an internal error" message when I try to open Inkscape. I have tried re-installing but get the same error!

1. Describe the version of Inkscape and the installer you used (the file you downloaded from the website: .msi/.exe/.zip/other ).

I'd try uninstalling, deleting the user config Inkscape directory, then re-install using the .msi installer. After reinstall, I'd launch, reset the preferences and relaunch.
