You can use [View > Show/Hide] to turn on/off the toolbars, rulers, palettes, etc. but these are toggled one by one via the menu. There's no single shortcut in Inkscape but this sounds like a useful function. Perhaps you might want to submit a request to the developers.
What's the shortcut key to hide all menus and toolbars so we can just draw?ย Like in Krita you just push Tab.ย
(I know hiding menus is the awkward ctrl + F11 but that doesn't toggle everything)
