Is it possible to have a radial gradient extending in all directions from a line instead of a single point?
Not sure what youยดre after. This is a single stroke with a radial gradient with 2 color stops (red+green):
There's no built-in gradient like that, but you can simulate it. I used [Extensions > Generate from Path > Interpolate...] and [Filters > Blur > Blur...] in thisย image.
I really should have made that a bit smaller.
