I am new. I am trying to make a template. I have set most of the parameters. I am having trouble with a square and a filter. I create the square to the size I need an apply a filter. The filter does not fill the box so I need to resize the filter. When I resize the filter it has a large bounding box . I tried creating a square to cut the size I want andΒ cannot get it right. here is a screen shot.
If your aim is to visually fill the entire page with this texture, I'd draw a bigger rectangle, apply the filter, make Γ bitmap copy (alt+B), draw another rectangle to the exact size of the page and clip the bitmap copy with it.

Filters are actually bitmaps.
