While using the Pages tool If I drag the page resizing handles, there is no axis locking with Control or Shift. The width and the heigh input boxes are missing on the toolbar so i can't set it exactly. There is only a selet box with a given size, for example: 1534.58 ร 1024.2 mm

Because it's always mm
File > New from template... Select one using pixels.
File > Save template... Check Set as default template.
Good to know:
Right click ruler with selector tool to quickly change display units.
Right click canvas with selector tool to open Document Properties.
I used it but it doesn't work as expected, it doesn't switch to pixels in all inputs/measurements.
