Beginners' Questions Is there a way to change the background color on a tool bar icon?

    Is there a way to change the background color on a tool bar icon?  I also cannot see the little white check marks that fill in a circle in a dialogue choice.  I don't like to use dark mode.

    Just showing how it looks in UM22.04.1 with Inkscape 1.2 (1:1.2.1+202207142221+cd75a1ee6d) In Ubuntu seems to be controlled by choice of theme. Second image is changed to a different theme.
