    I recently down loaded after a windows 11 upgrade inkscape is not opening as it used to,  See the attached

    Do you mean that you downloaded and installed Inkscape after upgrading the OS to Win 11 from Win 10?

    If so:

    1. Describe the version of Inkscape and the installer you used (the file you downloaded from the web: .msi/.exe/.zip/appimage/other).
