A week or two ago I wrote that UNDO on the main menu wasn't working properly. I had just upgraded to 1.1 from .92. Since then, I've noticed that it's not just UNDO. It's many of the main menu commands.
What happens is that I point my mouse at a command and it doesn't highlight and can't be clicked. If I move the mouse lower in the command list and then back to my target command, it highlights and works fine.
This is the only program where I'm having this happen.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Inkscape three or four times with no change.
It's not a major problem, of course, but is pretty annoying. Am I the only one getting this?
Huh. I have no idea whether down there in the guts of Inkscape this could be the same thing. It doesn't happen when I draw lines with a mouse, which is what I use. It only concerns items in the drop-down menus.
I'm using 1.1 on Windows 10, 64-bit.

That sounds like the known 'cursor offset' bug. Could it be this? https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/issues/1892
