    I MADE PDF FROM INKSCAPE FILE AND I CAN OBTAIN A PDF FILE CODING IN ANSI OR UTF 16 ? IT SEEMS COMING FROM CONTENT OF INKSCAPE FILES, IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE EXPLANATION / RULE ABOUT IT? THANK YOU.

    What version of Inkscape are you using?

    The newer versions of Inkscape (and especially the upcoming version 1.3) have many improvements on the PDF-field.
