Hi, I'm having an issue with editing some maps. When I load them into Inkscape as an SVG I can edit them fine and they look normal as in the attached screenshot. When I then export them as a pdf for sending to print, all the trees suddenly have a white background (labelled as pdf screenshot).
Can anyone help with what this is could be caused by?
Hi Polygon, thanks for replying. Attached is a part of this with the background + trees saves as an Inkscape SVG. I had the same issue when export just this small selection to a pdf.
Though I find all your tree segments grouped containing clipping masks - it works out here nonetheless but may get rid of those and try again File->Save a copy->as PDF and see if this will help with your PDF viewer or whatever target application it will go.

Strange. Works perfectly here as just tested:
Are you perhaps allowed to upload a part of it as an Inkscape file?
