Hi! After recently switching to a new computer, and installing Inkscape, I can't seem to use the Ctrl+Shift+Scroll shortcut to rotate the canvas.
All other shortcuts work as intended, and preferences (image 1) seem correct; When pressing Ctrl+Shift, the toolbar at the bottom also seems to respond to the presses (image 2). Scrolling in this state causes no action to happen, so it's also not prioritizing other uses of Shift or Ctrl keys.
What I've tried/looked for so far: 1. There's an old post on this forum with a similar issue - I've tried disabling the shortcut in preferences, then re-opening, enabling the shortcut again, and re-opening again; No luck. 2. I've reinstalled Inkscape, but no luck either. 3. I've tried re-assigning the shortcut to use only one key, and swapping shortcuts around; No luck. 4. I've even tried to use a different keyboard/mouse just in case with no luck, though other shortcuts (like Shift+Scroll, and Ctrl+Scroll) work fine so I can't imagine that's it. 5. Oh, and - rotating the canvas with the bottom-right adjuster works fine; Shortcut doesn't work in any file I open/create.
Other details: I'm running Windows 10, and using Inkscape 1.4 (86a8ad7, 2024-10-11), installed just today from the inkscape-1.4_2024-10-11_86a8ad7-x64 (1).msi installer (if that's useful).

I'd try unticking this checkbox and restarting Inkscape.
