In the past I have created custom palettes without any problem, but since the latest Inkscape upgrade I can't get a new palette (Gimp GPL file) to show up in the palettes dropdown. I have copied it to all the roaming etc locations suggested in various posts and it now appears in the Preferences/Custom Palettes of every file but will not show up in the dropdown list.  Any suggestions welcome!

Before proceeding further, I'd reset the preferences.

1. Describe your OS (your computer's Operating System: Mac/Windows/Linux/etc. & version).
2. Describe if Inkscape was newly installed, or upgraded from an earlier version.
3. Describe the version of Inkscape and the installer you used (the file you downloaded from the website: .msi/.exe/.zip/other ). 
4. Describe any special hardware being used, like tablet/stylus, external drives or multiple monitors.
5. Describe any helper/assistive programs or keyboard modifiers (macros, languages, etc.).

Bonus points, if you:

• Attach* a screenshot of the issue.
• Attach* an example SVG file that has the issue.

The error is mine, not Inkscape. I thought had changed the name of the GPL file, and was looking for the wrong one in the Palettes dropdown.  The one I wanted was there all the time.  Sorry to have wasted your time!

Same custom palette, another problem.  It suddenly stopped showing up across the bottom of the Inkscape screen.  Still appears in the palettes dropdown list, but nothing shows when clicking the button - all others work fine.  Tried remaking the GPL file, restarting, reinstalling Inkscape. File is in correct location with other palettes. I use a Windows 12 laptop, now with the latest Inkscape version. Copy of the file attached.
