i have an old file that i have used before , but i went to cut it today and its not there , it shows up in the program and i can export it , but when i try to open it to look at it in a browser theres nothing there , is there a setting that i might have changed by accident?

It's impossible to say what went wrong. Can you upload the file for inspection? Does this happen in one browser or all of them?

it was a file i bought about a year ago, didn't have a problem then but now its invisible, i downloaded it again and it works , i have no idea why the first one doesn't work , but as its working now i think it would be wasting everyones time trying to figure it out
