Community Café Best way to think of captions & statuses for projects

I was wondering how do you all choose what to name your art projects? Whenever I ask these questions I tend to get typical answers like "know your project's essence" or "explain what your project is about". But these aren't really helping me to get creative. I find myself procrastinating to share my new work just because I can't think of a good status to post with it on FB. Or sometimes selecting the right Instagram captions can be so frustrating. Any help?

Not really sure what this has to do with Inkscape?

I don´t think so - it´s the Café. But I find your request a bit diffuse or vague and I don't see a connection between title of a project and procrastination. Can you elaborate a bit more?

I'll admit I feared this was going to turn out to be another potential spam bot, but it seems you are a real person, so welcome to the forum!

@AngelicaSpice I think I know where you are coming from.  How does an artist best tag a piece to optimize the possibility that it will get seen and sold in a world market?

The answer I can give is to not worry about it.

Everyone is trying to gimmick their way to fame and fortune by creating x number tags to increase their views on zazzle etc.  But - viewers only see maybe 50 entries in the google search results.  Paying google for search engine optimization may add a few views to your work if google agrees with your politics, demographics, search history, etc.  The pool is to large and you are too small.

The only way an artist can market their work is to be where their audience is.  If you say your audience is worldwide - you have no audience.  Google funders got there first.  After putting yourself with your audience, what are they saying?  The way they describe your work is how people interested in what you do search for it.
