A little basic, online tool. This may be helpful, especially since you can save the result(s) to an image file, such as PNG.
(Which can later be imported into Inkscape and vectors created from it - by using Trace Bitmap.)

Yes this is a good tool.
I sometime use it as an option for opening corrupt svgs.
Or exporting to svg for programs that have really basic svg support.
It also works offline - can be downloaded from https://github.com/methodofaction/Method-Draw
( You have to use file>new document in the offline version before starting )
