A tutorial for beginners, teaching how to use clones to draw unique snowflakes, which are perfectly symmetrical. The tutorial is copyrighted, but the snowflake image (sf1.png) is CC-BY-NC-SA. https://forum.inkscapecommunity.com/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=27
Just showing the basics, to get a newbie started. (sorry for weird theme color)
This is the same image as my 2nd submission to About Screen contest 1.0, but with a different color scheme (rainbow colors). Yeah, I might be an old hippie!
This is the original SVG file used for creating this screenshot https://inkscape.org/en/gallery/item/5616/ on Screenshots page. Note that because of a bug, the symbols in the SVG file don't show up on the internet. So the symbols for this file (custom symbols, not from a pre-existing library) can be found in the Symbols dialog, and they can be used in Inkscape. But showing on the canvas when you first download, they are just the original paths/groups, so that they show up here in the gallery. Please feel free to download and study :-)
