How do I change the position of the toolbars? I see that some of the tools/icons that I have been used to seeing laid out horizontally above the workspace are now laid out vertically to the right of the workspace. I want to move them back to above.
I also notice that the icons are not using colors. I think this was introduced with the Inkscape 1.0? UPDATE: I figured out how to get back the color in the icons. I went to Preferences > Interface > Theme and changed the icon theme from "use system icons" to any of the other choices.
Still want to figure out how to move the position of the sets of tools.
